Ship client work that's already cleared.

Intercepta checks every post, ad, email and creator brief against 1,100+ encoded regulatory rules before it reaches your client's legal team. Each finding cites the clause and suggests a compliant rewrite.

You carry the risk. You don't control the review.

Liability without control

Your client contracts include indemnity clauses. When a post misses a disclosure or overstates a claim, the agency answers for it, even though the client's legal team owns the final sign-off.

The send-back tax

Every round of "legal has comments" is rework your retainer absorbs. Three send-backs on a campaign can wipe out its margin.

Proving value at renewal

Impressions don't win renewals with regulated clients. They want to know the work was safe and that it performed.

Every client separate. One place to run them.

Separate rules per client.

Each client gets its own rule set, brand kit and approval chain, so a supplements client and a wealth manager are never checked against the same rules.

Start a new client in minutes.

Pick a rule pack (FTC influencer, FINRA advisor, health claims), then add the client's own rules.

Clients approve, not log in.

Client legal and brand approve in the review flow with their own role.

Client data stays with the client.

Findings, assets and audit logs are kept separate per client. Cross-client benchmarks are off unless the client opts in.

Evidence on request.

Export a client's audit trail whenever their compliance team asks.

FAQ

Does using Intercepta make my agency liable for compliance?

No more than you are today. Your contracts already put you on the hook for the work you ship. Intercepta flags potential violations and records that a check happened, which gives you evidence of care. Final approval stays with your client.

Can one client see another client's data?

No. Each client has its own workspace with separate assets, rules, findings and audit logs. Benchmarks across clients are off unless the client opts in.

Who owns the data if a client leaves us?

The client. You can export their audit trail and hand over their workspace.

My client already uses Proofpoint or Smarsh.

Those archive and supervise content after it's published. Intercepta checks before it goes live and suggests fixes, so it complements an archive rather than replacing it.

Which rules do you cover?

More than 1,100 encoded rules, including FTC, FINRA, SEC, FDA, UK ASA/CAP and platform ad policies. You can add each client's own rules and brand guidelines.

How is it priced for agencies?

Your agency's own workspace is free. Client workspaces are priced per client, with partner pricing for Certified and Premier partners. Talk to us for current rates.

Do I have to move my content into a new tool?

No. Intercepta works inside Hootsuite, Sprinklr, WordPress, HubSpot, Google Docs, Chrome and others.

Bring your next campaign. We'll show you what client legal would flag.
